4.熟悉生產現場管理，有工廠工作經驗更佳。

purpose of job:  
the main purpose of this position is to provide engineering project leadership for new product developmentthe maintenance of existing products in the category. this position will lead new product designexecution by working together with engineering department of global divisions, suppliers, sourcing, qualityexternal resources while maintaining schedules, ensures that products meet the design goals to meet the perceived needs of consumer, resolve supplier’s technical issuesassist to improve supplier manufacturing process.

job scope & major responsibilities:
1.be responsible for the product form, structurefunction. working with regional engineering team to create test plan for npd or smu projects.
2.product conceptsideas - participates in engineering refinement of product concepts, features, form, functionspecifications.
3.new product focus - works with global project teams to understandcommunicate project scopeevaluate designresource requirements.
4.leads designexecution – be responsible for maintaining project schedule. provides project sstatus reports to the global product development teams in addition to coordinating with suppliers. 
5.product safety, standardsreliability - ensures that products have been testedevaluated for reliability,that they meet applicable regulations, codesstandards.
6.manufacturing design - significantly contributes to the determination of manufacturing design requirements by evaluating the supplier’s capabilityresources as they relate to the intent of the product designquality. 
7.lead the processes of specification, drawingbom as required by category expectations.
8.usesfollows the standard milestones for product development, determined by the category needsexpectations.
9.understandfollow up engineering change processes
10.involvement in production - supports manufacturing by evaluatingreporting on the pre-productionthe start of mass production of new productsthe redesigned elements of existing products. initiates engineering change orders based on changes to be processed.
11.assist quality assurancereliability engineering by helping to indentifycommunicate critical to quality requirementsreviewing manufacturing control processes.
12.effectivelyappropriately communicate with all levels of the organizationsuppliermake sure assigned tasks are finished as request.

requirements: 
1.education: bachelor of science in textile / mechanical / industrial engineering or equivalent experience. 

2.written / oral language ss
•excellent english communication ss, both oralwritten

 4. experience 
•3+ years of solid experiences in camping soft goods such as tent, sleeping bag, furniture, backpack, apparel products for product design, manufacturingproject management. 
•experience in plastic manufacturingmetal manufacturing is a big plus.

 5. professional qualifications, knowledgess
•solid experience on textile manufacturingtesting
•good knowledge of the interdependency between product features, standards requirements, costcustomer expectations 
•excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, negotiationdecision-making ss required.
•computer literate in word, excelpowerpoint.
