崗位職責(zé)描述：  
responsibilities/tasks:
•support quality managerquality supervisor to set up more systematic quality management mode basis on current situation, multi-skilled development direction familiar with all the different functions of quality job；
輔助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理和質(zhì)量主管在現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)上建立系統(tǒng)化的質(zhì)量管理模式，往多能方向發(fā)展（熟悉質(zhì)量管理的各模塊工作）
•work close with technical dept. for nonconformity issue solution, such as problem information collection, summarize test resultimprovement actions follow up until case closed
與技術(shù)部門密切合作解決異常問題，如問題信息收集，測試結(jié)果匯總及改善效果的跟進(jìn)直至關(guān)閉
•participate product gps, ps, ms review,transfer to quality inspection standard basis on product quality standard, work out all the appearance inspection standard together with qc
參與產(chǎn)品gps, ps和ms評審，轉(zhuǎn)化成內(nèi)部質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，和qc共同完成外觀檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
•in charge of training for qcinspectors, guide them work better with professional quality skills, also in charge of the termly skills evaluation
負(fù)責(zé)qc和檢驗(yàn)員的培訓(xùn)，指導(dǎo)他們更好地利用專業(yè)質(zhì)量技能工作，同時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)其定期技能評估
•support qc supervisor to do all the different kinds inspection result analysis,supply the result to relative dept on time for quality standard termly review, push the modification of the standard if necessary 
輔助qc主管分析各類測試結(jié)果，及時(shí)提供結(jié)果給相關(guān)部門做標(biāo)準(zhǔn)審核，推進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的修訂；
•focus more on internal improvementtraceability, support qc to implement on site supplier quality inspection if necessary
更多關(guān)注內(nèi)部改善和追溯，必要情況下輔助qc執(zhí)行外部供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)
•lead qc to implement sampling scheme more reliably during production, especially for external products inspection
帶領(lǐng)qc更加可靠地實(shí)施生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)品的抽樣方案，特別是外部產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)
                                                                              
qualifications:
education/experience/competency&skills/knowledge/language required
•college degree or above with textile major, more than 2 years’ working experience in textile industry especially high-end garment industry or home textile working experience
大專及以上學(xué)歷紡織專業(yè)，2年以上紡織行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，特別是高端服裝行業(yè)或家居紡織品行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
•have a systematic knowledge of quality management, familiar with commonly used quality tools such as qc 7 tools, aql, 8d, spc, msaso on,can use quality tools to solve problems if necessary. if also can use analysis tools such as minitab is preferred
具備系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量管理知識，熟悉常用質(zhì)量工具，如qc七大手法、aql抽樣、8d報(bào)告、spc、msa等，并在需要時(shí)可以用于解決質(zhì)量問題，若還可以使用一些分析工具如minitab就更好
•have better abilities of english communicating, readingwriting, can understand english documents refers to quality
具備較好的英語交流、讀寫能力，能夠看懂質(zhì)量相關(guān)的英文資料
•good communication skills, abnormity disposal abilityteam spirits
良好的溝通能力, 異常處理的能立及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
•have a knowledge of textile or dyeing is preferred
對于紡織、染色有一定了解的優(yōu)先
