山東日發(fā)紡織機(jī)械有限公司是由浙江日發(fā)紡織機(jī)械有限公司控股、聊城市昌潤(rùn)投資發(fā)展有限責(zé)任公司和部分員工共同出資組建的具有獨(dú)立法人的有限責(zé)任公司。公司擁有自營(yíng)進(jìn)出口權(quán),通過了ISO9001：2000 質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證，是“山東省高新技術(shù)企業(yè)”。企業(yè)技術(shù)中心為“山東省劍桿織機(jī)工程技術(shù)研究中心”。
公司是我國(guó)無梭織機(jī)的主要生產(chǎn)、研發(fā)基地，致力于批量生產(chǎn)具有國(guó)際水準(zhǔn)的各類無梭織機(jī)，主要產(chǎn)品為RFRL30及GA731-II系列劍桿織機(jī)、HST50及CR-M-2000系列毛巾織機(jī)、RFJA10系列噴氣織機(jī)。公司是國(guó)內(nèi)*早生產(chǎn)無梭織機(jī)的廠家之一，有近二十年專業(yè)生產(chǎn)高檔無梭織機(jī)的歷史，已有萬余臺(tái)織機(jī)銷往歐州、亞洲、非洲等十幾個(gè)國(guó)家及全國(guó)20多個(gè)省市區(qū)。目前已形成棉織機(jī)、精紡毛織機(jī)、粗紡毛呢織機(jī)、亞麻、苧麻、黃麻織機(jī)、牛仔布專用織機(jī)、絲織機(jī)、毛巾織機(jī)、提花織機(jī)、商標(biāo)織機(jī)、寬幅裝飾布織機(jī)、工業(yè)用布及濾布織機(jī)、特殊網(wǎng)布織機(jī)等20多個(gè)系列，多數(shù)填補(bǔ)了國(guó)內(nèi)織造行業(yè)的空白。

Shandong Rifa Textile Machinery Co., Ltd is controlled and founded by Zhejiang Rifa Textile Machinery Co., Ltd, Liaocheng Cheng Changrun Investment Development Co., Ltd. The company has got ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certificate; it is Shandong Province High-technology Enterprise and the Investigation & Research Center is Shandong Province Rapier Loom Engineering Technology Investigation Center.
The company is the main base of shuttleless loom manufacture and investigation; the company is devoting itself into manufacturing all kinds of shuttleless looms with international level. Main products are RFRL30 and GA731 series rapier looms, HST50 and CR-M-2000 series terry looms, RFJA10 series air jet looms. The company is one of the earliest manufacturers for rapier looms in China, has more than 20-year professional experience of manufacturing rapier looms, more than ten thousand looms were sold more in Europe, Asia, Africa. At present the machines we manufacture includes cotton loom, worsted loom, slub wool loom, linen loom, ramie loom, jute loom, denim loom, silk loom, terry loom, jacquard loom, label loom, wide width upholster fabric loom, industrial & percolation fabric loom, special net fabric loom, etc.
